Comprehensive Warranty Coverage

After purchase, your timepiece will be covered by the Luxury Bazaar’s two-year (2) service warranty from the date of the watch’s documented in-person retrieval by the owner or its shipment from our offices. Our commitment to your satisfaction is unwavering, and we take great care in providing you with a seamless luxury experience.

Understanding the Restrictions

To ensure clarity, certain conditions apply to the Luxury Bazaar’s two-year (2) limited service warranty. While we stand behind our craftsmanship, the warranty does not cover parts not serviced by Luxury Bazaar, battery replacement on quartz watches, water damage, shock damage, or any handling that exceeds the timepiece’s intended use.

The warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, finish, crystals, glass, straps – leather, fabric, or rubber, damage due to wear and tear, damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer’s water resistance limitations, and damage due to physical and/or accidental abuse.

Preserving Warranty Validity

To preserve the validity of the Luxury Bazaar warranty on new or pre-owned watches, refrain from third-party performance of service, opening of the product, or adding parts other than strap or bracelet components, as such actions will void the warranty.

Obtaining Service

The duration of watch service and repair can vary depending on the watch brand and the specific service required. Typically, warranty service repairs may take approximately six to eight weeks. Rest assured, our skilled team of experts works diligently to ensure every detail of the service is carried out with precision, ensuring your timepiece receives the utmost care and attention.

The Process

  1. Complete the form below to initiate your service request.
  2. Our support team will confirm receipt of your request and provide you with an insured shipping label to send the watch to us for inspection by our expert watchmakers.
  3. Feedback will be provided by our watchmakers as to the service required and whether the issue is covered by our warranty.
  4. Upon approval, the watch will go to our watchmakers for the service to be completed.
  5. Upon the completion of the watch service, we will promptly ship your watch to you via insured expedited service.
  6. You will then receive an email with a shipping tracking number. This allows you to stay informed about your timepiece’s journey back to you, ensuring a seamless and reassuring experience throughout the process.
