We do on certain watches. You’ll see the “Make an Offer” functionality on watches where we’ll consider an offer.

ARE YOUR PRE-OWNED WATCHES SERVICED?

All watches we offer undergo a thorough service by a certified watchmaker or a brand specific service center.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?

Yes, we offer a 2-year service warranty on every single item we offer for sale. 

DO WATCHES INCLUDE ALL ORIGINAL BRACELET LINKS?

Yes, unless otherwise stated, every watch we offer that comes with a bracelet does include all original links. 

CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE MY WATCH?

No, we do not offer customization services. 

DOES EVERY WATCH COME WITH BOX & PAPERS?

No, each watch states what is included with it. Images will also be provided of everything included with the watch. 

ARE PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE ACTUAL WATCH?

Absolutely. Every watch is listed with photos of the actual watch, in its current condition and what is included with it.

Selling a Watch

HOW DO I SELL OR TRADE MY WATCH?

Selling your watch to Luxury Bazaar is simple. 

You can request an offer on our Free Instant Offer platform at sell.luxurybazaar.com.

If you agree to the offer, we will send you a pre-paid and insured shipping label. 

We’ll ask you to complete a purchase agreement and submit your payment information, shipping information and a copy of your driver’s license or valid ID.

Carefully package up your watch, stick the label on the box, and drop it off at your nearest FedEx location.

Once we receive your timepiece, one of our in-house  experts will conduct an inspection (recorded on video) to confirm that everything matches up with the received description. 

You’ll then receive a a same-day bank-wire using the information you provided earlier.

HOW DOES ESCROW WORK?

If you choose payment by escrow, we’ll fund your escrow.com account prior to you shipping us the watch. Upon receipt of the watch and a successful inspection, we’ll release the escrow funds to you and Escrow.com will pay you via your chosen payment method.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ACCEPT YOUR OFFER?

If you choose to deal with us directly then we will provide you with an insured shipping label to send us the watch for inspection, after which we will pay you directly via bank wire or check.

HOW DO I KNOW MY WATCH HAS NOT BEEN TEMPERED WITH WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT?

Your package and watch are opened under video camera and is handled by our in-house watch experts from the moment it arrives. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED?

The shipping label we provide you is fully insured for the offer amount. This means that if your watch is lost, or stolen during shipping you are insured for the full amount quoted for your watch.

We will assist with all claim information if that were to happen.

WHY IS MY OFFER LOWER THAN WHAT THE WATCH IS SELLING FOR ONLINE?

If comparing to the same exact item on our website you must consider the year, condition, what the watch includes, as well as our costs such as servicing, shipping, processing fees and profit margin. 

HOW LONG IS THE OFFER GOOD FOR?

HOW DOES LUXURY BAZAAR DETERMINE THE PRICE OF MY WATCH?

Our watch appraisers keep their finger on the pulse of the market and even though some models can change prices a few times a day, we offer the best rate at the time of offer.

DOES LUXURY BAZAAR BUY WATCHES FROM OUTSIDE THE USA?

Yes, we absolutely do. Please make sure to mention that in the offer request so that we are aware of it.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SHIP MY WATCH?

Our system will provide you constant status updates the minute the item leaves your hands.

Once we receive the watch you will be notified and our appraisers will get to work examining the watch.

You will be notified once they are finished and if the watch condition matched your description or if a revised offer is necessary.

DO I NEED TO SUBMIT A PICTURE OF MY DRIVER LICENSE OR ID TO SELL YOU A WATCH?

Yes, upon offer acceptance and the watch shipping, we will ask you to send us a picture of your driver’s license or government-issued Identification along with your current address.

WHAT LENGTH ARE THE BRACELETS?

Each bracelet is sized individually and those measurements are shown in the product details. You can also ask a a team member to provide additional measurements if needed. 

ARE GOLD ITEMS PURE GOLD?

All of our gold items are 100% gold and the purity is disclosed in the product details such as 14K, 18K, and 24K. 

WHAT DOES A GOLD KARAT MEAN?

A gold karat is 1/24 part, or 4.1667 percent, of the whole, and the purity of a gold alloy is expressed as the number of these parts of gold it contains. Thus, an object that contains 16 parts gold and 8 parts alloying metal is 16-karat gold, and pure gold is 24-karat gold.

Flawless (FL) No inclusions and no blemishes visible under 10x magnificationInternally Flawless (IF) No inclusions visible under 10x magnification

Very, Very Slightly Included (VVS1 and VVS2) Inclusions so slight they are difficult for a skilled grader to see under 10x magnification

Very Slightly Included (VS1 and VS2) Inclusions are observed with effort under 10x magnification, but can be characterized as minor

Slightly Included (SI1 and SI2) Inclusions are noticeable under 10x magnification

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION YET?

Every order processed goes through our payment verification system which may take 12-48 hours. Please respond to email requesting additional information to hurry the process. 

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED AND I RECEIVED A REFUND?

This is most likely a result of a negative finding during our payment verification process. A team member will reach out to you asking for an alternate payment method. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a seven day no questions asked return policy as well as a two-year service warranty.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to most approved countries. The list does change every so often so we recommend speaking with a team member prior to placing an order if you’re unsure. 

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO WE ACCEPT?

Our payment options are wire (bank transfer), all major US credit cards, PayPal, Paypal Credit, Venmo, and our payment plan offering is via the third-party provider, Affirm. For international orders, we accept wire payment only. For Canada, UK and Australia we accept PayPal as well.

HOW FAST IS SHIPPING?

Our standard free shipping is via FedEx Ground or FedEx 2-Day for items over $300. Expedited shipping is also available via Priority Overnight. 

CAN I RE-ROUTE A SHIPMENT?

No. Our shipments must be shipped to the original shipping address and require adult signature on all items over $300.
